Back from Switzerland

This was the picture I saw right before diving into the clouds and fog in Zurich. Looks like a sea of clouds... Zurich is somewhere down there ;-)



Just came back from a business trip to Zurich. Were very intense days as I met so many people and I was running around from the moment I arrived! But as much it was intense from a job perspective, it was fantastic meeting many good friends again! We met and/or went out for dinner and I had such a good time! All my friends are great and I had a fantastic time every single day I was in Switzerland and I really had a hard time leaving... I love you all guys! Thanks a lot for everything! So looking forward having you guys at our place!!

I spent a great day shopping and hanging out in Zurich on my weekend. I even bumped into a good friend from colleague in the middle of the Paradeplatz! How big is the probability to meet somebody just like this! Unfortunately he already had had lunch but we went for a quick coffe and then he had to run to his office. In the late afternoon I met all my great colleagues from work and I just had a great time at the bar. I then after went downtown where I met with a very good friend and his wife (the one we went to their wedding right after we came to Amman). We had a great evening and ended up at the bar I was staying during the week. The fun thing was, that the hotel was the base for all Art on Ice artists. It is a big show with all the most successful Ice Skating artists performing together with music bands. It was real fun seeing all those artist coming back from the show, disappearing in their rooms and coming back to go the the party :-)

The flight back was ok, nothing special happened except that we were flying over the alps at dawn and the pictures were just wonderful! White mountains in a red, amberish light... I tried to capture the immage but it will never come across as it really was (especially as the pic was taken through the window).

I had a great time in Zurich and I think I shouldn't go back too much as I really miss all my folks... staying here just makes it easier...
