Scotland

It's now already over a week ago since I returned from my trip to Scotland. I had a great time! I totally forgot work and the impressions from the country are just overwhealming. The fact that the temperature was really low (we ar tlking about 10/15°C!!) and it was almost always raining was not always funny but we managed it... we just spent some more hours in the car than we planned in the beginning ;-) We had some up and downs as not all the locations we stayed were really good but all in all it was great and I highly recommend it to everybody! scotland is such an nice country and the nature there changes almost from one valley to the next. I have never seen so many different colors of green in my life... the mist, the castles, the fog and rain, the green from the herbs and plants and brown from the peat... just amazing! We got the real deal means we saw pubs, distillery, lighthouse, sheeps, rabbits, deer, Loch Ness, a dude wearing a Kilt, rain, mist, wind, sea, harbors, mystic ruins and castles, ate Haggies, drunk Single Malt Whiskey (Glenmorangie and Talisker :-), hung out at the most visited club in Aberdeen where the entry is for free, got rejected at the door as we were dressing too casual (wtf?! We just came back from the highlands and it was 10°! expecting me to wear D&G net shirt?!?), had fish & chips and local beer! As a picture says more than thousand words I just post some pics.
